- Lead technology delivery for mission-critical hospital systems supporting end-to-end operations across 10+ branches, including registration, outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, pharmacy, inventory/stock, purchasing, finance, cashier, doctors, nurses, laboratory, radiology, and back-office functions.
- Report to the IT Manager and work closely with hospital directors and cross-functional departments to identify operational needs, prioritize initiatives, and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Lead and mentor four engineering teams totaling 20+ engineers; participate in technical hiring interviews, conduct at least annual performance evaluations, and recommend promotions based on achievement, capability, and performance.
- Manage the software delivery lifecycle including project planning, requirements analysis, UAT, go-live, vendor coordination, product demonstrations, implementation guidance, and production support.
- Designed and scaled a microservice-based Hospital Information System and led modernization from desktop/monolithic applications toward web and microservice architectures to improve scalability, deployment flexibility, and operational efficiency.
- Led database migration initiatives from Oracle to PostgreSQL to reduce licensing dependency and infrastructure cost while supporting scalable hospital operations.
- Improved deployment speed and consistency through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; strengthened resilience through cloud infrastructure, replication, disaster recovery planning, and lower RPO/RTO objectives.
- Built and optimized integrations across laboratory and radiology ecosystems, including HIS/RIS/PACS, DICOM worklists, FHIR, laboratory instruments, and accounting interfaces.
